At St Mark’s we aim to be proactive about the way we meet the needs of those we serve. However, we also recognise the invaluable role of comments, suggestions and feedback, which we are committed to include in all our thinking, praying and our strategies for the future.
There are many ways to improve what we offer and we are actively working to resolve some of these, such as better access for the disabled and our restoration programme. But if you have any positive feedback, then please use the online form; your views are important to us.
Your message will be sent in the first instance to our Chaplaincy Office and we aim to respond as fully as possible to your enquiry within five working days, but please be patient at certain times of the year, such as Christmas, Easter and the August holiday period in Florence.
