Michelangelo
Flat 1, ‘Michelangelo’ is up 65 steps, on the second floor, and is an airy, spacious apartment with a double bedroom, sitting room with mezzanine floor and twin beds, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

Flat 2
Medici
Flat 2 ‘Medici’ is a luxurious, spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment on the third floor up 75 steps with no lift. But it is worth it!
The spacious master bedroom is en-suite with a frescoed ceiling, whilst the guest double bedroom is smaller but also en-suite. There is a beautiful sitting room with frescoed ceiling, dining area with large table for entertaining, and a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There is air-conditioning and heating.

Flat 3
Fra’ Angelico
Flat 3 ‘Fra Angelico’, on the fourth floor up 89 steps without a lift, is a two-bedroom apartment with a double bedroom, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, kitchen with washing machine, sitting room and small study/spare room (with bunk-beds).

Flat 5 is up 100 stairs on the fourth floor (with no lift), but it is well worth it!
The view from the balcony, overlooks Brunelleschi’s Basilica of Santo Spirito and up to the hills of Bellosguardo.
This apartment has a double bedroom overlooking our internal cortile, a sitting room with sofabed, (which you walk through to get to the double bedroom), a kitchen/diner, and bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

William Morris
FLAT 6
NICCOLÓ MACHIAVELLI
Flat 6 is on the second floor, up 65 stairs without a lift.
It is a lovely self-contained apartment with a single mezzanine room with a double bed and bathroom with shower upstairs, and one sofa bed, in the living/dining area, with kitchen downstairs.
Minimum 3 night stay.

The Studio
The Studio is a small, simple accomodation, overlooking the cortile.
It has one room with a bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, and an arm chair.
Down a step to a simple kitchenette with a small oven, 2 ring hob, fridge with small freezer compartment.
Next to this is the bathroom with wet-room shower.
Minimum 3 night stay.
